Knowledge reset, travel path reset... after game freeze

Bug Description:

game freezed, and quick inventory disappeared, knowledge reset, travel path reset. My level is 60, and played more than 100 hours… I really hate to restart all from the start. Plz restore my knowledge point and travel path.

Is there c heaters on your server?

I lost all knowledeg, map room knowledge and sorcery knowledge because of a cheater on my server.

I have made a reprot plz do the same.
