Ladder not snapping on

Ladder is not snapping from Sandstone foundation up to Insulated wood ceiling piece on back of Yamatai wall. (Archer walkway.)

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

1.Used Insulated wood cielings as archer walkways attached to back of Yamatai Walls. One wall high.

2.Ladders will not snap to the edges.

3.They are just one ladder length off the foundations so they should work.

4.I tried Admin “Fly” to try all angles and approaches to get the ladder to snap but no joy.

Please let me know if I am using Ladders wrong. Do they only snap to certain things?

Ladders only snap to a hatch frame.
