Lag in crafting stations

Bug Reproduction:

This bug will be hard to reproduct and is caused by having an extremely large amount of crafting recipes in a workstation as well as a large number of crafting recipes overall. On servers (Think RP servers) when you craft or if you try and move items around in the crafting bench, and there is an extremely large amount of recipes, it will have a very noticable lag. When you make an item, it will craft, but because of the lag, it will just seem disjointed and jittery as it completes crafting the items in the queue. The work around is to use one of the sorting options to reduce the number of recipes. This was not an issue prior to the chapter 4 update. It is especially noticeable when using a mod that combines workstations and thus combines recipes such as beyond stations.

Regarding the described, does the same thing happen if there are no mods installed?

Yes, but its a lot more noticeable when you have lots of recipes from lots of mods. The lag is about 1/2 a second when you have no mods and it can be 3-4 seconds if you have lots of recipes.

And before you blame it on the number of mods, this was not an issue before chapter4.

Can you please share the MS Info log?

In order to generate an MSInfo file please follow the steps below:
1 - Press Win+R and in the displayed dialog box type “msinfo32”
2 - It should show a new screen called “System information” where underneath it should display “File”, click “File” while “System Summary” is highlighted and then “Export”
3 - Name your file as you see fit and save it to an easy-to-find location
4 - Send that file our way
