Btw this “form” is quite crap, what I select and write should be available in a new report, there should be no need to actualy copy&paste, worse yet, the formating does not work, while the “basic info” have a prefix of few blanks, bug description and bug reproduction have a > prefix as if quoted.
I do not even know why you go through so much trouble, there are enough quite good and simple helpdesk systems, that are even free for commercial use.
