Says it gives bonus to survival and encumbrance, but it only gives +2 encumbrance. The description is also in another language.

I think the name of mace is a dead give away why you cant read the description.
Then it wouldn’t be in a language other people can read, would it?
Still, it doesn’t give the stats it says it gives.
In german it got a fitting name. “Der Unverständliche” meaning the same.
That the toon cannot understand whats written in the description is supposed to be like that on that one.
What language do you think it is? Because I dont think that is any actual language. (maybe from some lore but…)
Some words do seem understandable (For me), but I guess you’re right that it’s intentionally this way. In my opinion it should have some line in english, stating its origin or something like that.

True. It grants me +2 encumbrance, but no survival.
Survival on a weapon makes no sense anyway, as survival is tied to gathering.
