Lemurian Lore Journey not completing on Official Servers.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Visit all 13 lore stones
  2. Fail to get journey credit
  3. Realize this has been broken for awhile.
  4. Make some noise to get dev attention to fix this along with every other topic on this same issue.

I have seen this reported elsewhere, so the devs should know about it.
