So I have used my admin panel to set the level to max. I am currently on single player and I am not quite sure where is my missing 1 point. Are there any solution to this? I have tried the lotus potion but nothing. I have tried to go back to level 0 to 1 to 60 but nope, it does not work. Help!

Yeah, it’s a known bug in admin leveling command. Fortunately, in single-player you can use the console command AddUndistributedAttributePoints 1 to add that last missing point every time you respec. It’s not ideal, but it works.

do I need a prefix when I type in the command? like / or /admin something? is it space sensitive by any chance? oh and thank you Codemage you always come around to help!
Just copy/paste the line exactly as CodeMage provided it into the console.
