Level/EXP bug - went from lvl 20ish to lvl 60. Only have 46 knowledge points total (spent)

Bug Description:

Level went up from around 20-25 to 60 in very quick succession (10 seconds approx) without doing anything to make this happen. I only have 46 knowledge points which were spent and I cannot learn anything further for recipes, which is ruining the game for me.

Bug Reproduction:

I completed a journey (think it was Warrior) after doing Survivor and Survival Shelter. Level immediately shot up to max. I killed a normal enemy (Shaleback) and these are the only things I did before the level bug.

Welcome to the Forum. That sounds like something that can happen when playing on your own personal server
I see you are on official must be a bug you report to Zendesk Funcom.com and make a ticket they may be able to help
