LF>PVE server (mods, boosted rates, purge)

Hello, a friend and me (EU) r looking for a new server to join (PC). It should have the following characteristics:

PVE,
Boosted exp/farm/thrall rate,
High lv purge,
Mods (like building mods),
No server wipes.

Happy about any recommendations, also would love to join the server`s discord.

thank u, ill check out their discord first to see if it meets my needs. pretty sick of switching servers all the time
