You have to give him the ingredients to his Apparition which appears at your base, not the one near the Yothga plant at Xel-ha. If you hear him talking but could not find him just leave your base and come back again so he spawns at another place.
The problem is that he doesn’t give me the option to answer that when talking to his apparition. When I click on him the only option I get is goodbye. Its the same as last time.
