I got all the ingrediants but I can’t give them to Liu Fei. When I talk to him the dialogue doesn’t allow me to select the option of giving him the items
Not sure if this will help but I had all the ingredients on my character and then went back home to drop of the rest of my crap and Liu Fei’s ghost commented that I had every thing i needed. When i went to visit him at his plant i talked to his ghost and he excepted the ingredients.
Maybe I didn’t have the correct ingrediants
