I have all 4 ingredients and the only option with Lu Fei is " goodbye" so I’m unable to give him the ingredients to advance the questline.

Hello? Switched to Freya since nobody answered me about lu fei. Now freya says to build a campfire, i did now have built her 4 and then took her to her bonfire and she doesnt do anything. I interact with her amd only option is goodbye and she is still demanding a campfire. This update doesnt work at all!!
