PvE Archers are damaging structures

Game mode: [Online | Singleplayer] Problem: [Bug] Both Thrall or enemy archers are currently damaging structures, Im talking about regular archers that spawn in the map, not on Purge event. Meleers still cant do any damage on structures but ranged NPCs are doing full damage on them. My thralls are hitting my own base for 60 - 80 damage each shot, enemies much less (8 - 13 damage, but Im in a low area). I dont know how PvP servers handle this, but have never seen this in PvE servers before.
