Loosing several sigils upon death even with Sigil of the Fiend

Had 7-8 sigils including Sigil of the Fiend which protects the other active sigils upon death. Died once and now down to 3 sigils.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Gain sigils
  2. Gain Sigil of the Fiend
  3. Die
  4. Loose multiple sigils even though I had Sigil of the Fiend active.
