Bug Description:
I randomly died with the cause being falling throw the map in one specific location with the loot being gone so I can’t big it up or get my body back with the circle of power I know this happens to others 2 at different locations this only happened to us since chapter 4 is out
Bug Reproduction:
Mine happened in M5 near the gate of the Moon if u r in the lower part of that building and walk through the canyon that leads west and hug the right wall u just die at one point
Yes it happened on my server #3979 as well on 2 different location. One in Jungle area and other is in Icespire Charm. I reported it and customer service responded by saying will report but nothing after that. 6 days later my topic is closed. I lost all inventory that carried upon death.
Someone also came to my topic and share similar experience on his/her server. No response. This “falling through the World” bug is still happening at the jungle since I tested recently. Some compensation for lost inventory and fixing of this major bug would be nice but I doubt it.

It has also happened to me, in different areas of the map. You lose suddenly and you lose everything.

I think the “only way” to get your stuff back is if you summon your corpse with Sorcery…

That unfortunately doesn’t work as well it’s like someone lootet u even though noone did even if u get close enough to theoretically crap ur stuff it’s gone
