Falling through the world bug

Bug Description:

Died falling through the world bug and lost inventory upon death. It happed twice on 2 different areas on the map. It happened when patrch 4 came out and happen right now after updated patch came out. 1st time happened is jungle area and 2nd time which just happened 30 mins ago is near Icespire Charm.

Bug Reproduction:

Nothing special. I just going through these areas and suddenly my health change full to zero. However, when you run through your body, there is no inventory at all. All disappeared.

Okay and how do think to compensate this? Is there any way that you give the items back to the players? Same happened to me and I want to know what you do about this issues. It helps nobody when you say: thank you for reporting and being patient.
