Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.when i look at the server I’m 60
2.load in
3.it takes me to character creation
Its xbox wide. Everyone is dealing with this. They should just revert the patch and try again. This is an utter failure.

@Hugo I stopped and cancelled the update I’m safe right?

What about my gear I also created new character on accident I’ve also used close to 20 fragments of power any way you guys could fix the issue and roll the servers back to the time that the update was released so I don’t lose my stuff mainly my vaulting pole 
@Strider5599 as mentioned in the first post, creating new characters does not result in the loss of any server-side data, as the older characters persist in the database under a different ID.
The issue only affects players who join an online server, it should not affect singleplayer or coop, so updating the client should have no ill-effect if you play in those modes.

@Hugo ok thanks I play on PVE so I won’t be login in at all
Ive noticed all the information regarding lost characters applies to official servers. How would I go about filing lost character information in regards to private servers? Obviously, I rent my own server, but all of our characters have been reset. Any suggestions?
