Lost Connection with server

I have been trying to play conan exiles for several days. I am unable to join any server for more than 15 seconds. Then the game crashes (i think) and i get a message “lost connection with server”. I have no issues with several other games, or streaming through apps on my ps4. I have refreshed the licenses tab, reinstalled the game twice. My ps membership is paid till next year. I have tried several servers offical and unofficial. After speaking to ps support they concluded ita an issue with the game. Please help.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Open conan
  2. Load any online server
  3. Wait to load in and play
  4. It may load for a few seconds then crash

Have you tried resetting your modem and router I have heard one our the other can cause a issues.

And people could still play other games.
