Tried to buy Crom coins. bought the 49 dollar pack. steam takes money. then confirms i bought over 7k in crom coins. Log into game, and my previous balance still there. Log off 4 times completely and nothing. Send tickets in to dispute with pictures of transactions. I hear absolutely nothing. Grant it, only been 10 hours but should get something that they are looking into it. Want to start Battle pass, but can’t.
Same thing happened to me as well. 24hrs later I got a response saying to wait 24-48 hrs for the system to award the coins. This is weird since every time before I always got the coins instantly. Guess I will wait till the 48hrs are up and hope the coins come in before then.

Thank you for response! I was same… Everytime I bought coins, was in right away. This time, No… So I, like you, will wait the 24 to 48 and see what happens. Can’t thank you enough for response and let my mind ease a bit. I was mad ! LOL
