No Crom Coins after 3 Days

Greetings,
as the title says, I bought Crom Coins worth 34,99 Euro 3 days ago and still didn’t get them ingame.
I bought them via Steam on PC from Ingame, the Purchase was Successful, and I’ve got 2 receipts, one for the Wallet add of 35 Euro and the other for a Successful Purchase ingame for those 5000 Crom Coins but as i already said, didn’t get them.

This is now 3 Days ago, nothing worked like relog into the game nor does restart helped. I also wrote 3 Tickets now, also 3 Days ago and no response. So please don’t tell me to contact your Support if you dont reply to Tickets.

Why would you give this company your money? Their customer service is bad and also their products are bad.
