Never getting my crom coins that i paid for

Not long ago I bought from coins to buy the new set but after I purchased crom coins for 49.99 the crom coins was never sent. I then made report to support about this on website and I have been waiting since. I then tried to buy again and this time it worked and I got what I wanted but I am still down 49.99. I am writing on forum to find more help speed up the process in looking at my case and to bring awareness. I am very upset by this and hope I haven’t lost 49.99 dollars and its been a couple of days

Have you opened a Zendesk ticket?

They made a post today saying that they have a fix for all platforms. Welcome to the Forum. You can send a Zendesk report under Zendesk Funcom. com heading in game purchases. Good luck Exile :+1:.

This is not to pepperguy but a voice on the general topic itself. No matter what platform, shop you buy from, if you spend money on an item/product and it is not delivered, the person who bought shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get it seen too. Funcom have a obligation to see that any purchased item is delivered and if not and a report is made, to look into it and resolve the issue just as fast as them accepting the payment. If this is not looked into soon enough and resolve then who can we talk to about this? funcom need to get on top of this and I hope if anyone else has had this issue before to come forward and speak out.

Zendesk is Funcom’s officially approved customer support channel. I haven’t had any need to reach out to them myself, but based on the anecdotal evidence I’ve seen, they respond to purchase-related matters pretty quickly.

We live in a world where online purchases are made internationally, and all companies need to be prepared to offer customer support in case something goes awry. Funcom is no different in this regard.
