I have been sending responses and inquiries over the past 5 days of my Crom Coin issue. As where many others have had it resolved mines is not. I went so far as to submit not only Steam Receipts but also confirmations of successful charges from my financial institution. Every response I do not get dignified with a person but an automated response saying it is handled and if not respond. I did for 5 days. You took the coin balance I did have which was over 1000 as I was saving up for this battlepass and still have me at -9995 balance. I should not have to raise a fuss on forums to see a resolution.

My situation is similar, I sent all the proof of purchase as well from Steam. They sent me an auto-bot message saying everything on their end was fixed, but if my balance was incorrect to reply, which I did this morning and nothing else today was done. I’m supposed to have around 30k coins, but for some reason, my account only shows 500.

My balance is still the egregious negative number. I literally gave them receipts and proof of payment confirmation. I don’t know what else to do.
i got reimbursed to the last crom coin today, it might take a bit to catch up, but trust me they are not going to steal it from you.
To be honest I don’t care about the balance I will eat the $10 American, I am losing time when I am running story on an RP server.
i bought my out of jail thing, on friday, and igot fully reimbursed. (not ideal but a posibility)

Mine would be over $100 dollars it’s Xmas I have kids I don’t have that to throw. I am just frustrated. I have spent a ridiculous amount of money on this game. I own every DLC and have bought battle passes and Items from the bazar. I am just at a loss they treat their players and customers like this .

i understand how you feel,please dont loose hope, i also understand how hard it is to feel like they are not paying attention, i think they are but honestly , i also think they dont have too many people in their support, and there is most likely a lot of people in the same spot as you are. just keep pushing , and please let us know when you are out of jail, will ya?
I will try I just hate that it came down to me posting on forums. I hate doing this. Hate it. I would rather keep it to myself but that isn’t getting me anywhere.
that is fine, its healthy to drop some steam my friend, just hold on ! and keep pushing, they will eventually fix it, and as everyone else i expect a public apology for all of this crap that happened, ! stay put, and dont loose hope!

when you bought yourself out of jail, did/we have to spent/give it funcom again, meaning did you get money or crom coins?
I bought crom coins , to pay the negative balance , funcom did reinburse the last crom coins i used.
