Low-res laptop, game very blurry?

I’m stoked about playing the game but my laptop is a bit “meh” meaning I get lag unless I play on slithgly below “low” settings.

I’m ok with this though, the only problem is that the game then is so blurry that I cant see anything.

I tried to read up on how to remove this, some people mentioned putting the resolution scaling on 0, this helps the framerate even more but makes the blurryness worse.

I’m totally ok playing it with no AA etc.

Is there any way of turning this effect of totally to get some crisp pixels that allows me to see?

I think it has something to do with FXAA, can I disable this somehow?

It says that it is set to 0 in the .cfg-file but it still seems enabled.
