Is this vanilla or modded? I know the Age of Calamitous mod is currently blocking Lui Fei spawn (also heard a rumour that Darkwoods may be also, have not confirmed). AoC advise they are aware of the issue and say it will be fixed when they release their Heroes compatibility patch.
Its a modded server though we do not have those modes but it may be others may be blocking it
Check all the Discords or Feedback for the mods you have installed. They should note any issues. With quest line working on vanilla, Funcom is cut out of the issue for now. Many modded servers have the questline working so that implies specific mods on the server you’re on. Good luck! In the meantime, and if willing to, you can always watch a few of the how-to guides and prep for when the thing works your side.
