Found a follower sunken into the yamatai foundation inside my base, only way to rescue him his to delete the foundation and then probably some benches and other important foundations will pop.
The rescue function should on PVE also rescue the armor + legendary gear the thrall is using.
Can you elaborate on what the bug is here?

Oh, okay. I get it. The title confused me.
The follower rescue option is a symptom, not the cause. The cause is that followers fall thru floors/world and require Rescuing.

Ah yeah thanks, did’nt check what forum I was in, to be honest.
So sinking pets and thralls is a feature and not a bug xD
@NORfem It is a long standing bug it’s just now you can get them back.
I found him by logging in where i suspected he was, and before the floor loaded i got sunken down into the foundation myself flying and was able to click his name and move him outside.
