Bug Description:

Mass cull no longer harvests all fiber. Hoping this was not intentional part of the recent harvestable resources change. Because why? Fiber is a mind numbing resource to farm manually.

Bug Reproduction:

Perform mass cull near a bunch of fiber. Watch plants survive and only a small amount is added to inventory.

That small amount is from the saplings around not the bushes. Also no seeds or bugs.
I reported this while still on testlive, hope it gets fixed and not over looked.
