That was far more effort then it needed to be, no wonder no one uses the template, or give up before they can post it.

I can’t disagree. This new system is truly unclear at almost every stage - and doesn’t appear to gather any additional information that wasn’t on the old template. It just makes bug reporting slower, more confusing and more frustrating.
