Bug Description:

Leveled to 60, have 59 attribute points. Tried a reset potion, and still have only 59.

Bug Reproduction:

Started a character, leveled to 60

Soooo, before this gets close due to inactivity, is this something that can be fixed or is it just a tough luck, so you’re bugged situation?

This is not a new issue. It has been an issue for years and the only solution is to recreate your character and hope for the best. If you recreate your character you lose all unless you have a clan mate to keep the clan for you and invite your new char back.
