Missing Boss in Goblinoids Elder Vault after patch 2.3

Just went through the Elder Vault Goblinoids and at the end the Boss was missing. The room was full of Goblins, but no Boss in sight. Killed all the enemies that were there, but since Boss didn’t die the door towards the reward chests and exit does not open. I don’t know if this is one time thing, but it’s my first run through this specific Elder Vault since the latest patch 2.3.
/edit I went out of the Vault and relogged in front of it. Then I went back in and some Goblins respawned, not all though. That already was a good sign and reaching the Boss room, he was there to kill. Vault cleared. But still worth looking into what could have caused this maybe.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Enter Elder Vault Goblinoid
2.Run towards the Boss room
3.See if the Boss is there.

That happened with the Twice Drowned Boss pre-patch. I think it has something to do with a reset bug or something. Upon coming back the next day, the boss was back. So, I have a feeling that it isn’t a 2.3 issue and something that is due to previous builds, or whatever it is called.
