Bug Description:
some emote can’t be learn on siptah

Bug Reproduction:

There’s still missing some emote on the isle of siptah and there’s no way to get them such as CrossArm, Submissive, spit, push ups and fist punch. it might not be the entire list

Should be noted that Tinker isn’t available on Exiled Lands. It should honestly go both ways.
