Bug Description:

Items disappearing from chests, equipped armor disappearing

Bug Reproduction:

Put stuff in chest/be wearing armor, log out, log in, items missing

Comments: I have seen reports for this issue that are 6 years old. Why has this issue been allowed to persist for SIX YEARS? Maybe move this nearer to the top of the to-do list.

Are you sure it’s persisted across all six years, or did you just find an unrelated and long-since patched bug from six years ago and assume it’s the same bug?

Did you check your event log?

Thanks for the reminder, it was almost 5 years ago to the day (May 8th, 2018), that CE was officially released. Happy 5th anniversary everyone!!!

It’s the same bug, I didn’t just pick a random post to fit my report. And it obviously hasn’t been fixed because people continue to report it. I checked my event log, it didn’t show anything had happened. It showed when I logged off the night before and when I logged back in the next day.
