Logged on to find my overseer gone, he is not in my followers, I checked events and I did not mistakenly break his bond, the last place I placed him was watching a thrall on the greater wheel of pain. I’m on a PVE Server so I can not adjust any of the settings that I have read about on solo servers. Has this happened to anyone else?
Short answer is ‘yes, it has happened to a lot of other players’. It’s a bug related to Living Settlements, and it’s causing players to lose lots of crafters. (If you search the forums, you’ll find a lot of reports similar to yours.) If you’d like to add your opinion to the unofficial petition thread trying to get Living Settlements turned off on official servers until the problem is fixed, you can find it here.

Thankyou, I’m glad we are taking a stand against this, I’m so mad because like I said it was a unique overseer, I have happily signed the petition hopefully they will fix this and fingers cross they give us back our named thralls….. I can dream
