Missing words in Radial Menu

Bug Description:

In the Radial Menu, information for any item is missing. Wonder which sword this is? or maybe what are the stats? I don’t know. The convoluted work around is to return it to my inventory just to see the name of the item and its stats. I would have to do this 20 times an hour because my memory is so poor.

Bug Reproduction:

Try to determine info of item in radial menu by selecting it in the radial menu.
