Radial Menu-can’t add items

Bug Description:

I cannot equip anything to my action wheel. When I try to the game freezes for a second and then the item returns to inventory. Last time I played had emptied half my wheels from putting down several things. So the only things I can use in the game are a construction hammer and a single katana. Cannot re-equip anything else to the Radial Menu. I am completely unable to play since I can’t use anything

Bug Reproduction:

I tried equipping various item types (weapons, bandages, consumables, etc) to empty and occupied slots on the radial menu. I tried it in creative mode and out. As server administrator and not. I logged out, back in, restarted the server, everything I could think of. I am unable to add anything to the radial menu

I have ps5 also. This happens to me too. It make’s the game unplayable! And sometimes the item that choose to drop is replaced by another close to it.

Me and a friend are exactly the same, we absolutely can no longer play the game on any official server, everything is blocked after an hour of play, the menus and inventory no longer work at all, they are completely bugged… This problem must be corrected in the next update. It is very surprising that the April 17 update did not correct such an important bug in the game?!

Welcome the Forum. If you’re issue is the same one I had go into inventory sorting, set it to (not sorted) and that will fix it. Another Forum member told me about this. Good luck Exile. @Kurama_ST220

Same problem, cant equip my weapons, my sorcerer staff, my building hammer, how im gonna play the game?
I cant even deposit some itens in the chest
