Unable to equip items or move to radial wheel (video included)

Bug Description:

Unable to use items in inventory. I died and went back to my body to recover my items and a couple of things happened.

  1. The items did not return to their original locations. Namely, my armor did not re-equip and my tools did not return to the radial wheel. This was a really nice feature especially when you die in combat, you need to be able to re-equip fast.

  2. I was unable to equip any items from my inventory. I would equip them, the game pauses and the item returns to my inventory. This includes armor, weapons, tools, food or placeable items. Here is a video link.

Closing the game worked until I killed myself again and the issue returned.

Bug Reproduction:

Died and try to access body. Repeated multiple times with the same results.
