My Feats/Recipes from Exile Lands is gone after server transfer

Bug Description:

Long time a go i transfered my character from Exile Lands to Siptah (transfer with no problems) now my friend buy Conan and start play so i transfer my old cahracter back to Exile Lands and all my Feats/Recipes/Emotes I learned from old days in Exile Lands is Gone.

Step 1 Transfer a character from Siptah to Exiled Lands
Step 2 Log in and all the feats are gone
