Game mode: [Online | Singleplayer]

Im using alternative config so my interact button is R2, so everytime i hold my R2 button at my thrall it pops up, like always but the frustuating thing is it kept cancelling each time i pick any of the appeared option such as follow, information, stats, inventory etc either i use circle or cross button vice versa to confirm it.
so now i cant even ask my thrall to follow me…help me settle this issue…hope u guys can solve it.
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
- Hold R2 on thrall the radial menu appear
- Pick follow n press cross or circle to confirm it
- It cancels either ways
- Cant choose any option that appear in radial menu
- Not just thrall but also all of the item that can interact with R2 button
