My Trebuchet disappeared!

[1.Issue#1. Ive logged in today 7/28 to find out my trebuchet placing on top of my castle has been gone. It was on celling and a stack of foundation
2.Issue#2. I cant place a Wheel of Pain on 2nd celling floor]
3.Issue#3. Horse sped up and my personal thrall was lagging behind. When shes near, shes half body on ground. She attacked someone else thrall without permission (I checked with engagement option), she didnt stop and follow when I already parted for a great distance. The result is I lost both of the thrall and my horse yesterday.

Its a problem for months. I had 4 once, have one that stays no matter how many times I build them.
