Not certain this is a bug but I haven’t been able to find anything to interact with for this “E.”
I’m fairly certain it wasn’t there before the 2.4 Update.
Map coordinates are at the end of the video.
I play Single-Player with no mods.

I can confirm this. I think it’s just a trigger box left there with no purpose. I couldn’t find any interactable objects nearby, even looked below the ground level using ghost from admin panel(singleplayer mode).
