Named Thrall Zoara Of The Marshes

Hi There

Our Clan searchs the T4 Armorer “Zoara Of The Marshes”
After reading in the wiki , searching in Youtube guides, its suggested she only spawns in Sepermeru.

We wiped the whole city the last 3 days round about 150 - 200 times.
She didn´t spawn.
We´ve got mostly all other T4 NPC´s from the city 2-20 times.

Is she still in the Game (for PS4) ? Is Sepermeru the only spawn point ?
I will continue to search for her, np but i want to be sure it´s not only wasted time.
So did anybody find her recently ?

I have seen her in Sepermaru approximately once per month. She is rare, but she does appear.
