I have a new server im starting is this mod like a top 10 of ones you should have any info on like top 10 to 20 would be appreciated thanks
The mods you use are going to be heavily dependent on what the server’s theme is going to be.
The mods that most servers have in common is Less Building Placement Restrictions, Unlock Plus, and Pippi.
For character customization you’ll want either Improved Quality of Life or Tot! Custom. Will need to pick one or the other as they are not really compatible.
And you cannot go wrong with any mod authored/maintained by Multigun or Xevyr. Their mods will give maximum utility options.
What mods to use? 
All of mine ofc 
and Emberlight and LBPR and PEB!
Also Fashionist, to let you dress up your crafter thralls with other options than the ugly colorless apron, as well as alter their appearance.
Depends on what the server is for, really. Without knowing that I would only reccomend Pippi, as I think all admins benefit from Pippi.
