I’m not jumping to conclusions just yet 
As I said, I have mostly what I need having been level 60 for a very long time, but after the 2.3 update we finally saw some new players on our server, but after hearing them complain about how hard it was to get a thrall, I offered to help them get some thralls, and that’s where I found out that it wasn’t as straight forward like it was with the wild surges or even on Exile lands, most of the times you get the entire camp on your neck at once trying to aggro just one or 2.
Not a big problem for me having good weapons, strong thrall, but I can also see it from their perspective, it feels a lot harder to get a decent thrall, yes there are exiles camps on Siptah too, but there’s often a lot of them and sometimes also a Jailor that can kill low level players really fast…
Like I said, I don’t jump to conclusions just yet, but so far it seems a lot harder for new players to get thralls now than before.
Anyways, we were happy to see new players on our official server since it is a low population, most of the level 60 players just come to refresh, we are probably just 8-10 fairly regular players, so it did hurt me a bit seeing those new players being so frustrated, mostly because some of them are experienced players, just new to the server - Given some time hopefully it may not be as bad as it seems
