Tried dragging an unconscious thrall to it?
The dev livestream showed it working for thralls. They just have to be thralls you’ve already tamed unlike the chains. Just place a thrall down and then move it to the cage.
Honestly with how useless the chains are as is, I hope they let you attach your already tamed thralls to it instead of dragging an unconscious thrall to it.
I believe he talking about the torture rack, the cage can have a tamed thrall, but the hack is only decorative, a pitty (in my opion), may they thought at FC that it could be too much bdsm for game lol. For me its a nice deco, even not having the oportunity to place someone in there. My only complaim about the rack is that it requires a room with 2 walls height to be placed. I had to dismantle a lot of things on upperfloor to be able to place it and then rebuild over it.

I feel cheated when I bought it and then saw that it doesn’t work. the torture table is simply decorative.

If you have the feign death emote or whatever it is called you can put a thrall up there and it fits.
I was also disappointed.

Kinda glad I didn’t get it. I bought the cage just because the hanging gibbet was popular in the golden age of piracy and my base is a pirate port town. The rack just didn’t fit my theme. Looks like I came out on top this time.
