Is the hanging cage in the bazaar only a decoration or can you throw a thrall in there like with the shackles?
The live stream for Chapter 3 showed it as having the ability to place a thrall in it, similar to the bar. You take one of your own placed thralls and put it inside when it highlights green. However, given the fact that some of the other objects like Yamatai pillows and the cooking spit (i think?) don’t work this way yet, it’s possible it may not work currently. I couldn’t tell you since I haven’t bought it yet. That being said, it SHOULD work as intended, if not now, eventually.

How do you do it with the shackles? I’ve had them for a long time, and while I can go up and put myself on them… I never figured out how to put a Thrall on them, despite how many times I’ve seen it in vids.
Shackles work differently. You drag a thrall to them that you have NOT converted yet (like the wheel or gibbet). Now this might change in the future, but no word given on it. That’s just my speculation.
I’m unsure if they work like the shackles, but I just confirmed that you can place a tamed thrall in the cage as you would place one on a chair or such.
You can also climb in there yourself.
I also had him set aggressively and despite that he didn’t leave the cage to attack nearby enemies.
Warning: They do cry like they do on the sacrifice table, often. lol

Shackles don’t currently work this way. I just suspect they will in the future.

I was aware, I was just saying that I did not yet test it to see if you Can Also use the cage the way the shackles work, for untamed thralls.

They really need to make this another WoP thing like the gibbet. The shackles need to be places you can store unconscious NPCs.

Tried this for the first time this evening. I got stuck in it. Am I suppose to be able to get out like the shackles? 
restarting left me on the side of it, still stuck in the emote. Literally only way out was removing bracelet.
My friend who has them said you need to press the interact button again to leave it @jmk1999

Agreed… why would I want my “friends” in the cage or something? Though I do have the obligatory “prisoner” thrall. 
I mean, you tested it yourself, right? Shared experiences make your bonds stronger.
They should made it like shackles, spend an active follower for a deco object is not worth with the follower limitations. And beware if you enter the cage there is now way out ontly removing it. I wonder if an active follower in the cage will go out to attack when aggroed something, or if in pvp anyone will be able to enter the cage and got trapped. It could be fun, but im sure that if was possible FC made it by mistake lol
edit: you can exit it by pressing interact key, i was trying the traditional methods, roll or simple walk out.

It’s already been stated here that followers placed in the cage can’t leave it for combat, and that you only need to interact with the cage a second time to exit it.

I don’t understand the problem people have with this item. This video is pure misinformation.
It’s true it can’t be used the same as the shackles, but they never claimed it would be. It’s functional, you can easily climb in and out of it for RP purposes, and you can assign your Thralls to it to punish them or just for decoration purposes.

Decoração OK entendo, ainda bem que não comprei esse item… A funcom me poupou removendo isso do bazar. Removi o clipe não irá ajudar em nada
