Hello Exiles
So I’ve been watching some you tubers and their thralls are doing some weird and new animations. Do you know what these are?
One looks like a pinkish purple lightning bolt that appears while the thrall is fighting.
The other is a bunch of floating black bubbles around the thrall.
What do these do? How do you get them?
Texture are wonky at the moment, the purple flash is probably a texture being loaded.
I think this is one of the new authority perks?
Buffs your thrall(s), can’t test to confirm that at the moment but there is a visual to it.
Both the lightning and the black bubbles are graphical depictions of buffs given by the player character’s authority perks to their followers. I always thought that the bubbles look more like blood cells.
The lightning happens when the first corrupted authority perk triggers I think. (It triggers when player character does damage to the enemy, every once in a while). The bubbles mean that the thrall is affected by a damage increase buff.
