New crafting bonuses (DMG\AP) is not working for the Ammunition (Arrows)

P.s.

Khari bow and khari gloves\boots (almost the all) do not provide correct stat bonuses.
Bow only acc, thralls has no effect on stat bonus,
armor provide only 1 stat from 2 mentioned
