Thralls Can't Shoot Upgraded/Modded Bows

Whenever I give my thralls modded bows arrows stop coming out of their bows. Their field of fire isn’t being blocked and they fire the bows but when they shoot they fire blanks. I gave all 40 of my thralls flawless star metal bows with the damage mod on them and now none of them fire arrows.

Did you equip the bow with an arrow of any type? Also place one arrow of the same type in the thralls inventory.
