I have found every craftable thing in the new DLC but the purple outfit on the marketing picture what is it called?
It’s the Noble’s outfit, female version (possibly dyed). Same clothes as the guy on the right is wearing. I think her shoes in the picture are Derketo anklets.

If you have the DLC, the feats should unlock automatically. The outfits are crafted on the Armorer’s Bench.
