Bug Description:
Since the latest update, a big portion of the New Khemi Docks camp on the Isle of Dawn is failing to load in. This includes the prison cages, part of the training area west of the archery range, and the small boats on the shoreline. The Jailor and other NPCs still spawn in this area, but there are no prisoners to free, and there are several loot chests throughout the area that are missing. In their place there is a big indentation on the sand, and some bits of mismatched ground texture.
Note: This appears to impact PlayStation as well: New Khemi Docks game placeables
Expected Behavior:
The whole camp should appear as it did previously

Savage Wilds map.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
- Launch a game on the Isle of Siptah map
- Proceed to the western entrance of the New Khemi Docks camp in J6
- Observe the missing camp section.
