Bug Description:

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
There are no cages with captured thralls appearing at New Khemi Docks. The Jailor is there, but no accompanying cages at all.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

1. Grab your trusty thrall.
2. Head to New Khemi Docks
3. Defeat the Jailor to obtain key
4. Get excited to save a prisoner
5. Feel disappointment when you see no cages at all.
6. Ponder why the Jailor is hanging around?

This was reported the other day. Apparently it’s affecting all versions of the game (PC version has been confirmed). They acknowledged it so hopefully will be fixed next round since it’s also affecting figurines that spawn in that area as well.

As an added bit of fun, one can sorta jump onto the space where the cages once were and hover in the air for quite some time.
I’ve also seen a thrall locked in the non existent cage, just standing there.
